At The Inn At Lost Creek in Mountain Village, the Sunset Grill is a special event restaurant and picnic take-out open each Wednesday from July 7th to August 25, 2010 that transforms the terrace of the 9545 restaurant into an outdoor grilling event with al fresco dining. Chef Omar Collazo along with his team will be serving up a special grilled menu featuring:
• Chicken Pinchos with Pineapple BBQ Sauce Served with Garlic Texas Toast
• Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich with Jalapeno Jack Cheese & Tomatillo Jalapeno Jam
• Beef Tacos with Lettuce, Shredded Cheese, Pico de Gallo and Sour Cream
• Adobo Roasted Pork Sandwich with Jalapeno Cheese Fondue
• Grilled Chimmechurri Portobello Mushroom Burger with Goat Cheese and Roasted Peppers
